The Nexus Door Monitor application helps showcase each conference room’s scheduling availability or meeting information. With integration into specialized calendaring and scheduling systems, the Nexus Door Monitor syncs to your client center software to automatically show the any meeting and customer information that you configure.
When a conference room is in use, the application can show the customer name, with or without logo image, and with the option to show the meeting’s agenda topics and times also. The application will also detect if a meeting is marked private in order to show a custom in-use message instead of showing the customer information.
